We also offer courses in survival skills, self-defense, and team-building, and other custom courses designed to fit your specific needs. Instructors
Dennis Walker
Dennis worked as an Emergency Medical Responder for Alberta Health Services for 8 years. He also has 20 years experience in Search and Rescue/Emergency Management. Sharing his knowledge is a passion and it is important to him that students feel competent and confident to use their skills on friends and family. Dennis can often be found out on the land hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
Angela Bowditch
Angela has worked as an educator for over 20 years in both school and outdoor settings with experience designing and instructing curriculum and programs. She is a fisheries biologist with field experience as a consultant around Western North America. She has also been involved with Search and Rescue for 6 years as a training officer and search manager. Her passion is combining hands on learning and knowledge to make the experience meaningful for the student and is always learning herself. Her happy place is in the woods by or on the water.
